Great service and job done quickly

Arrived on time. Respected property. Gave advice on issue with aerial and wall mounting a TV to a plasterboard wall. Quotes were provided for work within minutes.

Your colleague was on time to the minute. He was polite, professional and after thorough testing he concluded that a tree in the garden had grown and obscured the satellite dish. He was very thorough and a callout charge was not made. Well done you.

Really efficient service. I contacted on telephone and engineer was booked for next day, calling with an hours notice. At 10.00am got the call and engineer arrived in the hour. He was really pleasant and efficiently worked out what the problem was with a signal not going through a Sky box/distributor. The office then called to confirm price, work was done on the spot - and checked all working on the TV - with a new distributor and then payment made to engineer. Could not recommend more highly
